We will require photographic evidence of defect. Once verified, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund for the damaged or defective item.
Non-Receipt of Subscription Box
If you do not receive your subscription box within the expected delivery timeframe, please email us at info@theboxofscrappiness.co.uk. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners. If the box is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement box or a full refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers can pause or cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows:

Monthly/Bi-Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month. No refunds will be issued for the current month’s box once it has been shipped.
