Subscription Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to The Box of Scrappiness.  These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Box of Scrappiness website, located at www.theboxofscrappiness.co.uk

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.theboxofscrappiness.co.uk if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Definitions

  • “Company”: Refers to The Box of Scrappiness located at 12 Sunshine Avenue, Hayling Island, Hampshire, PO11 9TF

  • “Customer”: Refers to the individual or entity who subscribes to the dog subscription box service provided by the Company.

  • “Service”: Refers to the subscription box service provided by the Company, which includes the delivery of dog-related products to the Customer.

Subscription

  • Monthly Plan:  Subscribers are billed on a monthly basis. Can be paused or cancelled any time. Includes an extra treat in the first box.

  • Bi-monthly Plan: Subscribers are billed on a bi-monthly basis. Can be paused or cancelled any time. Includes an extra treat in the first box.

Billing & Payments

  • Payment for subscription plans will be charged on the 7th day of each month and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • Subscribers will continue to receive subscription boxes each month until the end of the subscription period unless instructed otherwise

  • All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information.

  • If a payment is not successfully processed, we may suspend or terminate your subscription.

Cancelation & Refunds

  • To cancel a subscription, subscribers must email us at info@theboxofscrappiness.co.uk, with subject as “Cancel Subscription”

  • If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming month.

  • No refunds will be issued for the current month’s box once it has been shipped.

Pausing of Subscription

  • To pause a subscription, subscribers must email us at info@theboxofscrappiness.co.uk, with subject as “Pause Subscription”

  • Subscribers can pause their subscription as often as they like, but only for a maximum of 1 month at a time

  • If you need to pause for more than the maximum of 1 month, please email us at info@theboxofscrappiness.co.uk

Shipping and Delivery

  • Subscription boxes are shipped via Royal Mail 48 tracked on the 14th day of every month, or next working day if it falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday.  For new subscribers, your first box is shipped straight away, then 14th day thereafter.

  • Currently we only offer deliver to the UK

Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change the pricing of any subscription plan at any time.  Any such changes will be communicated to subscribers in advance via email and/or through our website.  If you do not agree to the revised pricing, you may cancel subscription as outlined above.

Modification to Service

  • The Box of Scrappiness reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service at any time.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

Agreement

  • To pause a subscription, subscribers must email us at info@theboxofscrappiness.co.uk, with subject as “Pause Subscription”

  • Subscribers can pause their subscription as often as they like, but only for a maximum of 1 month at a time

Gift Box / Scrappy Shop Terms and Conditions

Refunds

  • Claims for refunds must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • All items must be returned in their original, “as sold” condition, complete with labels

  • Refunds are for price of item only, excluding p&p

  • Items must be returned at customer’s cost

  • Treats in gift boxes must be unopened

  • Refunds will be processed via original payment method, once the returned item has been received and inspected

Shipping

  • Gift boxes and purchases are shipped via Royal Mail or another trusted courier service.

  • Currently we only deliver to UK

Modification to Service

  • The Box of Scrappiness reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the gift and shop service at any time.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom

Agreement

  • By purchasing our giftboxes or from our shop, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound to them.
